It may be time to find a new gig. I don't even know how to sell my skill set. I write lots of code, I keep Linux servers running because the Unix team can't, I lead a team of nine developers, I fix things all the time because of a very poor infrastructure corporate wide. I come up with creative solutions to automate processes between very dissimilar applications. I keep the sprints moving. I answer Teams messages all day long and I report numbers during outages because numbers are important.
